What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout system — your info stays safe, always.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders pretty quickly. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible after checkout. Once your order is packed or shipped, we can’t modify it.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can click the link anytime to see your delivery status.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships
Do you offer express or international shipping?
Right now, we ship within the United States using standard USPS rates. We’re working on adding international and express options soon — stay tuned on socials for updates.
What is your return policy?
We follow Shopify’s standard return and refund policy. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if your item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Note: due to hygiene and small-batch production, certain items may not be eligible for return
Do you accept returns on sale items?
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged — but don’t worry, you’ll still look great in them
