Hi, I’m Whitney.
I survived addiction, abuse, and years of shrinking myself — and somehow rose louder and stronger than anyone ever expected.

I rebuilt my life from the ground up: sober, self-made, and done carrying shame that was never mine to hold. I turned years of pain, pills, and silence into a movement rooted in honesty, humor, and fierce healing.

I created Hot, Hungry & Healing to show people they never have to whisper their recovery or hide their grit. I’m healing out loud — not perfect, not quiet, but powerful as hell.

Hot is about reclaiming your worth — the fierce, imperfect beauty that comes from surviving what tried to break you.
Hungry is the craving for more — more truth, more peace, more laughter, more purpose; the part of you that’s a sponge soaking up every new lesson life throws your way.
